My wife and I were woke up in the middle of the night from a very loud A/C fan motor. We set up an appt on the next day. Dan arrived on time and within minutes had it diagnosed. He did a fantastic job. While he was there I had him look at and  clean up my battery terminals. Asked advise on other potential problems. Dan was a true professional and along with his very nice wife (as Dan said "the true boss" who sets up appts) could not have been better. I can't say enough good things about Intrastate Mobile RV Service! From start to finish, Chris and Dan went above and beyond what customer service means to me. Dan came out to perform maintenance on my AC systems, and not only did he do an excellent job, but he took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood what he was doing.

What really stood out to me was the knowledge he shared. I've owned my RV for a year, and he actually taught me something about my RV that I had no idea about! That alone says so much about his expertise and willingness to help customers rather than simply coming out, doing the job, and leaving.

I truly appreciate the time, professionalism, knowledge, and care he put into his work. It's rare to find a company that genuinely goes the extra mile, and Intrastate Mobile RV Service absolutely did that for me.
